Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our refund policy works:
Cancellations 14+ days in advance: Full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per person (or reschedule at no cost).
Cancellations less than 14 days in advance: 50% refund or reschedule with a $25 cancellation fee per person.
No-shows: No refunds.
Weather cancellations: Full refund or reschedule (minus a 4% credit card fee).
