Once you complete your online reservation and payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need:

Gratuity for Your Guide

Tips are never expected but always appreciated. If your guide provided an exceptional experience, 15-20% is customary in the outdoor guiding industry. Gratuities can be given directly to your guide.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our refund policy works:

Guest Cancellations:

  • 21+ days before trip: Full refund minus 4% booking fee (or free reschedule)

  • 15-20 days before trip: 50% refund (or reschedule once with no fee)

  • 14days or less: No refund (transfer to another date based on availability)

Weather Cancellations: If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

No-Shows: No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals resulting in missed trips.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge with 15+ days notice, subject to availability.

  • For guided climbs: 2-4 weeks recommended. For courses: 1-3 months, especially for peak season dates. Large groups (6+): 4-6 weeks minimum.

  • Yes, with 15+ days notice you can reschedule once at no charge based on availability.

  • Credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments through our secure booking system.

  • Yes! We accommodate groups up to 50 people. Book directly online or contact us for assistance at connect@verticaladventures.com.
